Shannon Martin-Roebuck​ – Finance Manager

Shannon is skilled in strategic planning, process improvement, project leadership, team building, program development, financial resource management, budgeting, and community outreach. With a nonprofit career focused on helping historically marginalized communities, Shannon has served as Grant Manager, Director of Operations, and Executive Director and founded her own nonprofit, farm, and winery. She deeply understands business reporting requirements, the nuances of nonprofit leadership, and resource management. She credits her analytical skills to her undergraduate degree in Art History and her nonprofit leadership skills to her MS in nonprofit management.

She and her husband, Tony, are the proud parents of a Morehouse Man (Anthony), two dogs (Enzo and Luca), and two cats (Dante and Ghost). They enjoy long walks in their vineyard, supporting their community, and engaging with their animals.
