For one flat monthly fee, we become a part of your accounting department – or all of it. We are your CFO, controller, payroll specialist, and day-to-day transactions manager. Our goal is to help you increase mission effectiveness, decrease administrative headaches, and get you the information you need to make better and faster decisions, while keeping social justice at the center of your organizational practices. We are selective about our clients because we succeed only if you succeed, which means we take care to ensure we can profitably and successfully add value to your organization. In addition to doing the work, our monthly flat fee covers all of your software needs like Quickbooks (QBO) & BILL. We specialize in supporting nonprofit organizations which means we can help you with your unique needs such as:

• grant management, releases and reporting
• restricted and unrestricted net assets management and schedules
• recording of in-kind contributions and expenses, stock donations, present value for pledges, etc., using GAAP standards
• annual audit support
• board financials and meetings
