At Bicycle Accounting, we envision a world where everyone can afford safe housing, therefore, all of Bicycle Accounting employees earn (at least) a living wage as defined by the MIT Living Wage Calculator. We envision a world where everyone has access to healthcare, therefore, all of our employees have health insurance. We envision a world where elders are not left destitute, therefore we contribute to our employees’ retirement funds. We work with all of our clients to achieve the same standard for their employees while simultaneously helping them to create a strong, sustainable, and profitable organization.
